We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using StorageBoxQR, you agree to this policy.
What We Collect
- Account info: Email and profile data from your sign-in provider (e.g., Google) via Supabase Auth.
- App data you create: Boxes, locations, names, comments, photos you upload.
- Technical data: Device and app version, basic diagnostics (for support and security).
How We Use Data
- Provide core features (QR claim, organize, search, export).
- Secure your account and prevent abuse.
- Improve reliability and support.
How We Store Data
We use Supabase (managed Postgres, Auth, and Storage). Your data is protected by Row-Level Security so only you (and optionally admins) can access your items. Photos and exports are stored in access-controlled buckets.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share minimal data with service providers strictly to operate the app (e.g., Supabase). We may disclose information if required by law.
Your Choices
- View, edit, or delete your boxes and locations in the app.
- Request account/data deletion via admin@webdesigncalgary.net.
- Turn off photo permissions at the OS level at any time.
Children
StorageBoxQR is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child’s data is in our system, contact us to remove it.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed in regions where our providers operate. We take steps to protect it according to this Policy.
Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be noted here with a new “Last updated” date.
