These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services, applications, software, and related products offered by Web Design Calgary, including the StorageBoxQR application and related digital features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, contracts, or the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access for any behavior deemed abusive, unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
2. Accounts and Security
To use some features, you may be required to create an account through a supported sign-in provider (e.g., Google via Supabase Auth). You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain control and confidentiality over your login credentials
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
You are solely responsible for actions taken through your account.
3. User-Generated Content
The Services allow you to upload, store, or create data including but not limited to:
- Box names, descriptions, and locations
- Notes or comments
- Uploaded photos or attachments
You retain ownership of your content. However, by using the Services, you grant Web Design Calgary a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display the content solely for operating and improving the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary rights to upload any content.
Prohibited uploads include:
- Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Copyright-protected material without permission
- Personal data of others without consent
4. Technical & Platform Infrastructure
We use Supabase to provide database, authentication, and file storage services. While we follow industry standard security practices, no digital platform is 100% secure and you acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk.
5. Data Handling & Confidentiality
We collect and process information such as account credentials, user-generated content, and technical diagnostics to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
We do not sell your data. Information may be shared only:
- With necessary service providers solely for product operation
- To comply with applicable law or legal requests
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, logos, design systems, documentation, user interfaces, and software code related to the Services are the intellectual property of Web Design Calgary unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or modify the Services or any part thereof without written permission.
7. Availability & Service Modifications
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. We may also update features or impose usage limits when necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law:
- Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”
- Web Design Calgary is not liable for lost data, loss of business, indirect damages, or consequential losses
- The total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 CAD or the amount paid for the Services (if any), whichever is greater
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Web Design Calgary from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Age Requirement
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years old. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us immediately.
11. Account & Data Removal
You may delete your stored data within the app and may request full account deletion by contacting:

Deletion may permanently remove your stored data and cannot be undone.
12. International Data Transfer
Your data may be stored or processed outside of Alberta or Canada where third-party systems operate. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers subject to commercially reasonable safeguards.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms. A new “Last Updated” date will be posted.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Alberta courts.
